Call Response Software (CRS) operates on Microsoft based operating
systems (Windows 2000 Server recommended) and is completely independent
from any proprietary hardware unlike other software providers.
CRS utilizes Artisoft’s Televantage as our up front software
based telephony PBX. A customizable telephony server, including
Dialogic Telephony Boards may be built to your current or future
growth forecasts.
All agent stations are ordinary PC’s of your choice. The
ability to sustain monitor, keyboard, and mouse inventory is within
your financial ability since, once again, proprietary hardware is
not required.
Dispatch Servers and Fax Servers are also typical PC’s, however,
customizable servers may be designed specific to your office’s
requirements.
CRS’ simple method of Disaster Recovery is by allowing all
faxing, emailing, and paging software to be executed on any agent’s
station. If your dedicated faxing or paging stations go down due
to power supply or modem issues, it will only take a few minutes
to change locations.
Overall, CRS provides a multitude of automated call features but
has kept outbound automation to a minimum since we understand the
necessity of hands on dispatching to keep in close contact with
your clients. If required, customizable automation may be developed
and in most cases less expensively than our competitors' shrink
wrapped packages.
